Our labour is deeply rooted in the art of cultivate the land following ancient precepts, including the regenerative system of Milpa, allowing to our agaves to grow surrounded by crops that naturally nurture the soil without the need to use pesticides or any external agent; later those crops will be consumed by the people in village we work in. Our commitment is to make that at least 98% of our Agave Production comes from this system by 2028.

We are currently working in initiatives to reduce our fingerprint to the world, including a project to reuse the energy and the heat of our ovens in a more effective way that will start to operate in 2025, reducing our consumption of wood by 15% and in terms of logistics our commitment is that 96% of our shipments to our markets be made by sea freight forwarding by 2026, in additional to a beautiful approach to the nature on every bottle.

OUR COMMITMENT FOR THE FUTURE IS THAT AT LEAST 98% OF THE AGAVES OF SANTO DE PIEDRA COME FROM SUSTAINABLE CROP METHODS AND THAT 96% OF OUR SHIPMENTS BE MADE BY SEA FREIGHT FORWARDING TO REDUCE SUBSTANTIALLY OUR CARBON FINGER PRINT.
