The Santo de Piedra Pastorale Series is the result of a deep reflection about the future of luxury and sustainability and its name comes from the title of Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony, which is also why there will be six unique minds across different arts reinterpreting mezcal away of any convent, having the great honor to work alongside chef Massimo Bottura, who is imprinting this first collection with unwavering passion and its terroir memories in a single release of exclusively 2,500 bottles traded through controlled channels, of which only 500 signed pieces are available through our pre ordering system.
