AT THE SERVICE OF CREATION
Century-old gestures and savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation is the seal of Santo de Piedra. From the selection of our single domaine, that combines high altitude and dry weather in combination with occasional marine humidity; the shaping of the land in which our agaves grow immersed by crops that naturally nurture’s the soil for an average of 9 years without human intervention, up to the signature blend of woods we use to cook the agaves that in combination with a wild fermentation in river water, and consequent double distillation, results in superb and unrepeatable mezcal collections produced at the nature’s pace. In the seclusion of our atelier distillery in San Luis del Rio, a small village located the southern mountains of Oaxaca, the men and women of Santo de Piedra create between 5,000 and 7,000 bottles each year. Their art is the soul of our brand.
