The Santo de Piedra Experimental Series has been conceived as a journey through the world, combining legendary traditions, techniques and cultures.

For the first release of the Experimental Series, we have decided to combine two legendary traditions, like the art of shaping the terroir of Oaxaca perfectly finished with the Scottish mastership of handling the time in a barrel. This unique release of exclusively 3,000 bottles, is made with 100% Jabalí Agave, cooked with our own blend of woods, wild fermented and double distilled, mastered for three years of aging in Sherry casks used to produce an unrivaled single malt whisky in Scotland, translated in notes to caramel and bergamot with an ocher color that reminds to the autumn.
