Chef Massimo Bottura has created a recipe combining a blend of rare agaves and a particular approach to the wood used in different parts of the crafting process, then combined traditional mezcal-making techniques to impart an elegant mouthfeel and texture., while retaining the robust and elegant flavors typical of Santo de Piedra.
